Anticipating that somewhere along the way you’ll get a comment something like, “you people are never satisfied.”

So before anyone says that, I want to give you my cheer and tell you “I get it.” So often it’s [hypothetically] “Well, movie x has two excellent black supporting actors and ONE of them got an Oscar for best supporting…; and last year…or was it the year before?… a black woman won best actress…yada yada,” you know the drill.

It’s like when you have two black families move into a white neighborhood, and it’s pretty liberal, so that’s just fine. And then a third comes along and sparks white flight.
