In order for "tolerance" to serve all equally, then the concept must begin with the idea that being "tolerant" is not the same thing as enabling people who would use words to encourage harm to others as "self expression."

By definition, tolerance cannot be tolerant of intolerance. Otherwise, it is a totally meaningless term.
