No sir, she is not. Aside from the usual argument that people of color can't be racist because racism is a SYSTEMIC issue, not just a personal one, there is the matter of direct individual experience.

White people's racism is based on imaginary stereotypes rooted in culture, and RARELY upon direct personal experience.

Black people's distrust of white people is based upon daily, personal, undeniable, irrefutable direct experience.
